Done with all the hard work to set up an event! Now it's time to publish them to get the customers to purchase tickets. Don't know how to do that? Keep reading to learn the steps in just a couple of clicks!
Before you start:-
- You can also schedule to publish the event automatically on your online store as per your preferred date and time.
- Once you publish the event, it would display on the online store, for the customers to purchase tickets you could start ticket sales immediately or schedule to begin ticket sales as per your preference, to learn how to begin/schedule ticket sales, click here.
There are 2 ways to publish an event.
1) You will need to edit the event (How do I do this) and click on "Publish" at the extreme top right just below your account name of the event wizard page.
Note:- This option will only visible for newly created events.
2. On the Event Wizard page simply click on "Edit" just beside the Event info.
b) Now click on "Performances" and check the box you want to publish the event.
c) Next, hover the mouse on "Status" button and click on "Publish" and you will get a confirmation message "Published".
d) To Schedule automatically publishing performance, click on the performance date and time, scroll the page down until you see "Schedule Performance Settings."
Check the box before "Schedule the performance to be published" and enter the date and time, you would like it to publish and click "Save" to record the changes.
