How can I add upcoming event on my tickets?

You can promote future performances by adding "Upcoming Event" details directly to the E-tickets delivered to your customers.

Before You Begin

• Template Compatibility: This feature is not available for E-Ticket Templates 3 and 4. To review or change your current E-ticket design, Click Here. 

• Limit: You can display a maximum of three upcoming events on a single ticket.

Steps to Add Upcoming Events

• Access Event Customization Log in to your Box Office and select the event you wish to edit. .(How do I do this?) Click on the Customize tab.

• Open E-Ticket Settings Select the E-Ticket sub-tab. You will see a preview of your current E-ticket template. Scroll to the bottom of the template to find the Upcoming Event Details section.

• Select Your Events Click within the Upcoming Event Details area. A pop-up window will appear with two options:

1. Manual Selection: Manually check the boxes for specific events you want to feature.

2. Automatic Selection: Choose Display first 3 events to automatically show your next three scheduled performances.

• Save Your Changes Click Save & Proceed to apply the updates to your tickets.
