Yapsody allows you to control exactly when online ticket sales stop for each performance. You can also add a custom message to display to customers on your Online Store once sales have closed.
How to Access Online Sales Settings
Edit Your Event: Log in to your account and select the event you wish to modify. (How to edit?)
Navigate to Performances: Click on the Performances tab.
Select a Performance: Click on the specific performance date and time you want to edit.
Configuration Options for Ending Sales
In the End Online Sales dropdown menu, you can choose from the following three options:
1) Event End Time: Online sales will remain open until the scheduled end time of the event.
2) Time Before Event End: Enter a specific duration to stop sales early. For example, if you enter "10 hours," online sales will automatically close 10 hours before the event's end time.
3) Specific Date & Time: Select a exact calendar date and time for sales to conclude.
Adding a Custom Message
When online sales end based on the criteria you selected above, you can display a custom message to inform your customers (e.g., "Online sales are now closed. Please purchase tickets at the door.").
Locate the Custom Message field within the performance settings.
Type your preferred message into the text box.
Click Save to apply the changes to your Online Store.
