Adding Terms & Conditions on an E-ticket is event specific and might differ from event to event. To add terms and conditions on the e-ticket kindly do the following:
i) Select the event from box-office and click on "Edit" displayed at top right.
ii) From the list of options displayed at the top, click "Customize", followed by "E-Ticket," and you'll find the "Terms and Conditions" field at the bottom part of the E-ticket.
Please ensure to click "Save & Proceed" displayed at the top right after entering them.
Notes:-
- The added terms & Condition will be printed on the tickets.
- The position of the Terms and Conditions field will differ as per the E-ticket Template you'll be choosing.
