How to Delete My Event?

If you want to remove an event from your Yapsody account, you can delete its performances as long as no transaction has been attempted.

Important: An individual performance can only be deleted if no transaction has been attempted for it. If a transaction has already been attempted, you cannot delete the performance. Instead, you can unpublish the performance. Once all performances in an event are unpublished, the event automatically becomes inactive and will no longer be visible to customers on your online ticketing store.

How to delete a performance

1) Select the event from the box office and click on "Edit" displayed at the top right. 

2) Next, click 'Event Info' followed by "Performance," check the box before the performance you wish to Delete and the "Delete" button displayed at the top.
