You can offer various types of discounts to your ticket purchasers to help drive sales. Follow the steps below to set up and manage discounts for your event.
Steps to Add a Discount
Edit Your Event Log in to your account and select the existing event you want to modify. (How do I do this?).
- Navigate to Discounts Click the Pricing tab, then select Discounts. Click the Add Discount button.
- Note: If you have already created a discount for this event, click the New Discount tab to create additional ones.
- Configure Discount Settings Select the specific type of discount you want to offer. You can customize how the discount is applied using the following options:
- Ticket Type Restrictions: Limit the discount to specific ticket categories.
- Channel Restrictions: Use the toggle switches to enable or disable the discount for the Box Office or the Online Store.

Important Rules for Discounts
Combining Discounts: Multiple standard discounts cannot be combined. If a ticket qualifies for more than one discount, the system will automatically apply only the Highest one.
Exceptions: A standard discount can be combined with a discretionary Courtesy Discount applied manually at the Box Office.
