You can create multiple Ticket types and add pricing to the seats. Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to add Ticket types to an Event.
i) Select the event from the box-office calendar and click on "Edit" displayed at top right.
ii) From the list of options displayed at the top, click "Pricing" and again click the sub-option of "Pricing." To Create a Ticket Type, click "Add Ticket Type."
iii) On the following page, you will get a pop-up window with options such as:-
- Ticket Type Name: An option to Label the Ticket Types. Eg. Adults, Kids, etc.
- Description: Description field to describe the ticket types such as "Kid's ticket type is valid below the Age of 12."
- Set Price:- Helps you price the ticket types.
Note:- Upon completing the set up, please ensure clicking "Save" displayed at the bottom of the page to record them.
iv) Upon successful ticket type, creation you'll be directed to pricing page, to add more ticket types, click on the option 'Add Ticket Type' as displayed in the following screenshot.
Note: You cannot delete a Ticket type if it's been sold, however you can disable or rename it if you want. Deleting ticket types after they have been sold affects the Event Sales summary reports and other Global reports, which will be useful for the presenters.
