How to add videos to an event?

A) While Creating a new Event:- 

Adding videos to your 'Event detail page' on the Online ticket store is very easy.

i) After entering all the details in the event details page and adding the performances, go to the 'Customize' option in the menu and click on the “WebPage” tab, enter your YouTube URL in the space given under the ‘Video Gallery’ , the videos that you add here will be visible in the ‘Event Detail Page’ of your Online Ticket Store of that particular event. 

Note:- There isn't a dedicated feature for incorporating YouTube's short videos directly, a workaround involves substituting the term "shorts" with "embed" in the video link, for detailed instructions, click here. 

B) While editing an existing event:

i) Select the event from the box-office calendar and click on "Edit" displayed at top right. 

ii) Now go to the "Customize" option in the menu and click on the “WebPage” tab, and enter your YouTube URL in the space given under the ‘Video Gallery’, the videos that you add here will be visible on the ‘Event Description Page’ of your Online Ticket Store of that particular event.
