Cancelling or unpublishing a performance inactivates it, making it unavailable for ticket purchases. To do this, select the event from the Box Office and click "Edit." Then, go to the "Event Info" tab, select "Performance," check the desired performance, and click the "Status" button to choose "Cancel" or "Unpublish."

Steps to Cancel or Unpublish a Performance
1) Edit the Event
Select the event from the Box Office and click on “Edit” displayed at the top right.
2) Update Performance Status
Click on the “Event Info” tab at the top, then select “Performance.”
You will see all performances. Check the box next to the performance date and time you want to cancel or unpublish.
Click on the “Status” button at the top and select “Cancel” or “Unpublish.”

- A performance refers to a specific event date and time
- Once canceled or unpublished, it will no longer be available for ticket purchases
