Yapsody provides you with different options that can be selected to start ticket sales immediately or schedule your Online Ticket Sales as required. Additionally, you can also add a custom message to notify your ticket buyers when you would begin the ticket sales.
Before you start:-
To get an option to add custom message, the start online sales needs to be selected as "To be Announced."
Let's Begin:-
i) Please login to your Yapsody Account, select the event from the box-office calendar and click "Edit" displayed at the top right corner.
ii) You will be displayed tabs like Event Info, Pricing etc. Select the option 'Event Info' tab, followed by "Performances" and all the existing performances of the event will be displayed, click on the performance date and time.
iii) On the next page, performance details will be displayed with the below-mentioned options as displayed in the following screenshot.
- Immediately: In this option, the ticket sales will start immediately after the event is published.
- Specific Date & Time: You can use this option if you want the Online sales of your event to start on a specific date and time.
- To be Announced: In this option, you can display a custom message stating that the online tickets sales will start on a particular date.
iv) To get an option to add a custom message only if you choose the option of "To be Announced."
