How to add a surcharge?

Yapsody provides you an option to charge your customers any extra amount on per per-ticket or per-transaction basis using the Surcharge option. You can also keep the Surcharge taxable or non-taxable as per your business requirement.

Before you start:- 

• We offer the flexibility to apply a surcharge to a specific ticket type from the various ticket types you would be creating as well and you can also enable a surcharge either for online/box-office purchases or both.  

      Let's Begin:- 

• Select the event from the box-office calendar and click on "Edit" displayed at top right. 

• Select the  'Pricing' Tab, followed by "Surcharges," you'll be displayed the existing surcharges (if any) to add a new, click "Add Surcharge."

• You can enter the amount and choose to charge your customers the surcharge per ticket or transaction, you can also choose to keep the surcharge Taxable or non-taxable. Additionally, the surcharge can be disabled either for a box office or online store or for a particular performance.
