Understanding Yapsody Service Fees

Yapsody service fees for both General Admission and Reserved Seating events consist of two primary components. Please note that specific fee amounts vary depending on the currency you select for your ticket sales.

Fee Components

In most regions, your service fee is calculated using the following two factors:

• Flat Per-Ticket Fee: A set dollar amount applied to every ticket sold. (Note: This flat fee does not apply in a few specific countries.)

• Percentage Fee: A percentage calculated based on the net ticket price after any discounts have been applied.

Estimating Your Costs

To understand exactly how much your event will cost, you can evaluate the estimated fees based on your total event capacity and ticket prices.
