Yapsody allows you to customize your account's date and time display to match your local preferences.
Steps to Update Your Date and Time Format
1) Access Account Settings Hover over your Organization Name in the top-left corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
2) Navigate to General Settings By default, you will be on the General Settings tab. Scroll down to the Date Format section near the bottom of the page.
3) Choose Your Format Select your preferred format from the dropdown list. Save Changes Click Save to apply the new format to your account.
Hiding the Event Start Time
If you prefer not to display the start time of your event, select the DD/MM/YY format (the second-to-last option in the dropdown menu).
By selecting a date-only format, the event start time will be hidden in the following areas:
The Online Store
The Box Office interface
Transaction confirmation emails
E-Receipts
E-Tickets delivered to your customers
Note: You can restore the time display at any time by selecting a format that includes both the date and time.
