What Is the Online Store Link?
The Online Store link is the web address (URL) where your customers go to purchase tickets for your events. This link usually appears as a subdomain of Yapsody (e.g., yourname.yapsody.com).
Steps to Find Your Online Store Link.
Click on your Organization Name in the top-left corner and select Settings.
2. Under the General tab, look for the Online Store section. Your current link will be displayed there.
How to Change Your Online Store Link (Subdomain)
In the General Settings tab, locate the Online Store section directly below the Organization Name.
Click Change.
Enter your preferred subdomain name.
If the name is available, you will be prompted to enter your account password to verify the change.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to apply the new link.
Note: Changing your Online Store link will break any existing links you have shared. Ensure you update your social media, website embeds, and marketing materials with the new URL immediately.
