How do I View/Edit previously added Location?

If you need to update a venue's details, you can edit an existing location rather than creating a new one.

Note: Locations cannot be deleted once they have been added to your Yapsody account, but they can be edited at any time even if your event is already published.

Steps to Edit a Location

1) Access Account Settings Hover your mouse over the Organization Name in the top-left corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

2) Select the Location Click the Locations tab in the left-hand menu. This will display a list of all locations previously added to your account. Click on the specific location you wish to update.

3) Update Details and Save You can now modify the following fields:

• Street Address: Enter the updated address for the venue.

• Time Zone: Select the correct time zone for the new address.

• Venue Title: Update the name of the location if necessary.

4) Apply Changes Click Save at the bottom of the page to update the location across your account.
