How to Customize your Online Ticket Store?

You can change the look of your online store with a wide range of color palette options provided by us.

You can now design your own ‘Online Ticket Store’ by selecting a Palette of your choice, adding color/image to your background, adding your own logos, displaying your Facebook and Twitter links, and adding your own website for your customers to view.

• To design your Online Ticket Store, hover the mouse cursor on Organization Name at the top left and click on Settings from the drop-down list. Then click "Store Customization" from the list of options displayed to your left.

• Under "Color Theme" you can select any Palettes from the available options and also select colors for your Ticket stores background, body background, box background, title & button, and body text.  The moment you would start selecting colors, you would see them changing on the screen, once you finalize the combination, simply click on "Save" and to see your online store, click "View your store."  

Under "Branding" you can upload your Business / Organization Logo as well as add an image to your online store's background, and change the Display Layout (Display Layout is the format in which events will be displayed by default on your Online Ticket Store.)

Note:- We also provide you the option to either add an image or text to your header which will be displayed on the homepage of your Online Ticket Store, image should not exceed the size of 2MB. 

P.S:- Display layout can be chosen from Card View or List View, the screenshot displayed below represent the card view of the online store. 

• "Social Media" option helps to add links to your Facebook page, Twitter Handle, Instagram page, and website so that your customers can connect to you using different channels.
