If you have already paid Yapsody fees for an event that is later canceled, you will not be charged for those tickets.
How Fee Credits Work
Once you process the refunds for the canceled show, the corresponding Yapsody service fees are waived. The amount you already paid will be applied to your account as a credit balance.
Settlement of Credits
This credit will automatically be applied to your future monthly invoices. It will continue to offset your new charges until the entire credit balance has been fully used.
