What are the exceptions in which Yapsody Fees are not applied?

Yapsody ticketing fees are waived in several specific scenarios. In these instances, you will not be charged a Yapsody fee for the transaction.

Test Events: Fees are not charged for any event where the event category is set to Test Event - No Fee.
Complimentary Tickets: Tickets issued using the Complimentary (comp) payment method are considered free and do not incur fees.
Zero-Price Tickets: Any ticket with a face value of $0.00 is considered a free ticket and is exempt from fees.
100% Discounts: If a discount code or manual adjustment reduces the ticket price to zero (a 100% discount), the ticket is treated as a free ticket and no fees apply.
Refunded Tickets: If you process a refund for a ticket, the original Yapsody service fee is waived. If the fee was already invoiced and paid, it will be applied as a credit to your next monthly invoice
