Setting up payment methods allows you to process ticket purchases through both your Box Office and your Online Store. Follow the steps below to configure your preferred payment options.

1. Access Payment Settings
- Log in to your Yapsody account
- Hover over the Organization Name in the top-left corner
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu
2. Add and Configure Payment Methods
- Under Settings, go to the Accept Payments tab
- Click Add Payment Method
Select Payment Methods
Choose the payment options you want to offer:
- Offline Methods (Box Office only):
Cash, Check, Comps, Custom (used for in-person sales) - Online Methods:
Credit Cards, PayPal
Configure Online Payments
- To accept online payments, set up either a credit card processor or PayPal
- Click Configure next to the selected method
- Enter your merchant account details to link it to your account
Note:
- You can set up one credit card payment processor at a time
- PayPal can be added as an additional option—or vice versa
