You can quickly find a specific event by using the search feature located on your Online Ticket Store.
Steps to Search for an Event
Locate the Search Box Find the search box at the top of your Box Office Interface.
2. Enter the Event Name Select the Event field and begin typing the name (or a partial name) of the event you are looking for. The system will automatically display matching results as you type.
3. Select Your Event Review the list of matching results and click on the event you wish to view. From there, you can proceed to book your tickets.
Helpful Tips
If you cannot find your event, double-check your spelling or try using a single keyword from the event title.
Ensure your event is set to "Live" mode; otherwise, it will not appear in the search results on the public store.
