You can view the total number of tickets scanned for the event through the Scan Count Report. This report provides a detailed overview, including the breakdown of scanned tickets by ticket type and the payment method used during booking.
Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to access the Scan Count Report.
- Go to Box Office Calendar, click on the Event followed by "Report" displayed to the right.
- You'll be directed to the "Event Sales Summary Report", at the extreme top-right corner, you'll see various reporting option, click on 'Scan Count Report'.
- Upon arriving on "Scan Count Report" at the top you'll find "Event" and "Add-on" options, choose for which category you would like to review the numbers.
- Next, you be displayed filter options "Show dates" if you have multiple performances of the event and would like to check the report for a specific performance, select the date and time from the drop-down.
- You could also filter the report as per the "Payment Method" choose your preferred payment option from the drop-down and click on 'Generate Report.'
You will now see the Scan Count Report, which displays the "Total Tickets Issued," "Tickets Scanned," and the "Tickets Scanned %" along with a breakdown by ticket type & payment options and a summary total at the end.
Note:- You could also download this report in "PDF" & "CSV" format.
