This article explains how to reprint tickets from the Box Office in Yapsody.
If a customer loses their tickets or needs another copy, you can quickly locate the transaction and reprint the tickets or resend them by email.
You can find the transaction using the Search option.

Reprinting Tickets Using the Search Option
- You can search for a transaction using the Customer Name, Ticket #, Transaction #, or the last four digits of the Card #. Click the Search icon at the top, select the appropriate option based on the information you have, and enter the details. The matching results will appear, and clicking on a result will open the Transaction Report.
- Transaction report will display all the tickets purchased in that particular transaction, to print tickets click on "Redeliver Tickets," for printing receipt, click "Print/Email Receipt."
- On the next screen, you will get an options to select the delivery method. For printing click "Print" and click "Complete Delivery."
- Select "Email" in case tickets need to redeliver, you also change the email address if the customer claims it's been incorrect.
