You have 2 different options to re-deliver tickets from Box Office :
1) Using Search Option
2) Using the Event Sales Summary Report
1) Using Search option
- If you have the transaction number handy that starts with FT......, simply click on the "Search" icon at the top, select "Transactions" and enter the transaction number, you'll shown the matching results, clicking on it will display the Transaction Report.
- Transaction report will display all the tickets purchased in a transaction, to redeliver all the tickets in one attempt, click "Redeliver Tickets" followed by "Complete Delivery."
- To resend only one or a few selected tickets, simply uncheck the box next to the ticket numbers you do not want to redeliver.
- You could also send the tickets to a different email address, in case, customer used incorrect email address or doesn't has access to the one which was used at the time of booking, simply click "Redeliver Tickets" and on the next page, enter the email address and click "Complete Delivery."
2) Using the Event Sales Summary Report
- Go to the Event Sales Summary Report (How do I do this?). You will see a option of 'View Inventory Sales Report' at the top right corner, this report will display all the Event Transactions.
- Locate the transaction you want to redeliver the tickets using the various filter options available.
- Once, you locate the transaction using the transaction number & confirm the customer details. Click on the transaction number and you will be re-directed to "Transaction report".
- Next, click "Redeliver Tickets" followed by "Complete Delivery" on the next screen to re-deliver tickets.
