How to redeliver tickets from Box office?

You have 2 different options to re-deliver tickets from Box Office : 

1) Using Search Option

2) Using the  Event Sales Summary Report

1) Using Search option

• You can re-deliver tickets to customers by searching the Transaction on the main page once you log in to your Yapsody Account. You have a search option at the top. You can search the transaction by Customer name and Transaction number.

• Once, you locate transaction using the transaction number. Click on transaction number and you will be re-directed to "Transaction report".
• You will see all the tickets purchased for that particular transaction. You will have a "Check Box" besides all the tickets. Kindly check the ticket you want to re-deliver. 

• Click on "Redeliver Tickets" button to re-deliver tickets to the customers from Box Office.

• You will get a pop-up window and an option to select the delivery method. Select the delivery method as "Print" or "Email" as per the requirement.
• If you select email as the delivery method then you will get a prompt to mention the email address of the customer.
• Click on "Complete Delivery" button at the bottom. Tickets will be delivered to the customers.

2) Using the  Event Sales Summary Report

• Go to the Event Sales Summary Report (How do I do this?). You will see a button 'View Inventory Sales Report' to View all the Event Transactions on the right-hand top corner.

• Locate the transaction you want to redeliver the tickets using the different filter options available.

• Once, you locate the transaction using the transaction number & confirm the customer details. Click on the transaction number and you will be re-directed to "Transaction report".

• Click on "Redeliver Tickets" button to  re-deliver tickets to the customers from Box Office.

• You will get a pop-up window and an option to select the delivery method. Select the delivery method as "Print" or "Email" as per the requirement.
• If you select email as a delivery method then you will get a prompt to mention the email address of the customer.
• Click on "Complete Delivery" button at the bottom. Tickets will be delivered to the customers.
