You have 2 different options to return the Pay Later Transactions back to Inventory:
1) Using Transaction Number
2) Using the Outstanding Balance Report (Pay Later)
1) Using Transaction Number
- You can return tickets back to Inventory by searching the Transaction on the main page once you log into your Yapsody Account. You have a search option at the top. You can search the transaction by Customer name and Transaction number. You can get the transaction details of even paid customers by using this search option.
- Once, you locate transaction using the transaction number. Click on transaction number and you will be re-directed to "Transaction report".
- Click on "Cancellation" button to return the tickets back to Inventory. Clicking on "Cancellation" will result in the tickets being once again available for sale.
2) Using the Outstanding Balance Report (Pay Later)
- Select Global Report
- Select Outstanding Balance Report (Pay Later) from the drop down menu.
- Locate the transaction you want to return the tickets to inventory using the different search options available.
- Once, you locate the transaction using the transaction number & confirm the customer details. Click on the transaction number and you will be re-directed to "Transaction report".
- You will find the option "Cancellation". Clicking on "Cancellation" will result in the tickets being once again available for sale.
