You have 2 different options to return the Pay Later Transactions back to Inventory:
1) Using Transaction Number
2) Using the Outstanding Balance Report (Pay Later)
1) Using Transaction Number:-
- If you have the transaction number handy that starts with FT......, simply click on the "Search" icon at the top, select "Transactions" and enter the transaction number, you'll shown the matching results, clicking on it will display the Transaction Report.
- Transaction report will display all the tickets purchased in that particular transaction, to return tickets back to inventory click "Cancellation."
- Tickets / seats returned back to inventory will be made available for purchase.
2) Using the Outstanding Balance Report (Pay Later)
- Hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name and Select "Global Report" from the drop down.
- Select "Outstanding Balance Report (Pay Later)" from the Report Type drop down List.
- Locate the transaction you want to return the tickets to inventory using the different search options available.
- Once, you locate the transaction using the transaction number & confirm the customer details. Click on the transaction number and you will be re-directed to "Transaction report".
- Click "Cancellation" to return tickets back to inventory.
