How to Check QuickStat Report?

Quick Stats Report gives a detailed report of all the sales that occurred daily. The report gives you an overview of all the tickets sold today, yesterday, and the total issued and unissued tickets with the revenue generated to date, and the number of tickets for which payment is pending.

Kindly follow the below instructions to check the "Quickstats Report"

• Go to Box Office, Hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name displayed on the top left side, and select Quickstats from the Drop-Down List.

• Once, you click on 'Quickstats' you will be displayed the complete Quickstats Report. The report will show all the performances taking place post today's date by default. 
• Note:- You'll also see the number of Seats along with % Percentage of Capacity being held. 

Note:- To schedule report delivery to your preferred email addresses, click "Schedule" and on the following page, select the frequency and dates, and enter the email addresses to receive auto-report. 

To add multiple email addresses, please separate them using commas or line breaks (Enter).   

If add-ons are linked to the event, the Add-on Report will automatically be delivered alongside the Quickstats Report. Both reports will share the same sections.

• You can check the details for past performances using the option provided at the top to select the dates.

Note: You can export the complete Quick Stats Report in a PDF and CSV Format using the Print PDF and Print CSV options.
