How to view My Transaction Report?

You can view only the transactions performed by you using the 'My Transactions Activity Report'. In case of multiple users for a single account/event, users can view the number of tickets sold by them and the transactions completed by them from the box office interface using the 'My Transactions Activity Report'.

Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to view 'My Transactions Activity Report'.

• Please log in to your Yapsody account and click on the "Organization Name" displayed at the top left-hand corner and select "My Transactions Activity Report" from the drop-down. 

• You will be displayed the 'My Transactions Activity Report'. You can filter the report using the date and other filter options as per your requirement to view the transactions performed by you on a particular date or period. 

• You will be displayed the transaction details for the transactions performed by you with the customer details. You can download the report in PDF and CSV format.
