You can adjust the amount of time customers have to complete their purchases at the Box Office and on your Online Ticket Store. Follow the steps below to modify this setting.
Steps to Adjust the Time Limit
1) Access Account Settings Log in to your Yapsody account. In the top-left corner of the dashboard, click the dropdown menu containing your Organization Name and select Settings.
2) Navigate to Transaction Settings Click the Transactions tab at the top of the page.
3) Update the Timeout Period Locate the Miscellaneous Settings section. Use the dropdown menu for Transaction Time Out to select a duration between 1 and 30 minutes.
