How to Set Up BOCA and Thermal Printers to Print Tickets in the Box Office Interface

You can now print BOCA and thermal tickets through the Box Office interface. Follow the steps below to set up your printer:

1. Go to Settings
2. Ticket Settings
3. Box Office Ticket Template Types
   • By default, the option will be E-ticket. Click on the dropdown menu to select either BOCA or Thermal Ticket.
4. Select BOCA or Thermal Ticket and click on the save button.

Next, connect your BOCA or thermal ticket printer to your device via USB or wireless connectivity. Ensure that the device from which you are issuing tickets is properly connected to the printer.

Once connected, you can issue tickets, and the tickets will be printed from the connected BOCA or thermal printer.
