i) The report will be sent according to the account's time zone and will be in CSV format.
ii) By default, only the owner of the account would have access to schedule reports, however, other users on the account can be offered permission using the User & Permission feature.
iii) At a time, you can schedule multiple reports and also auto-deliver to the email addresses that aren't part of your account.
iv) "View Scheduled Reports" option allows you to view, edit, and delete previously scheduled reports.
v) The first 03 reports listed in this article are Account-Specific (Consolidated data) whereas the remaining reports are Event-Specific.
Let's get started to schedule them:-
1) Ticket Count Report:-
This report includes the Event Name, Performance Date and time, Event Capacity, Ticket Issued and Gross Revenue.
i) Hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name at the top left and select "Schedule Ticket Count Report" from the drop-down list.
ii) On the next screen, click "Schedule Report" to access the setup page for report delivery. Fill in the respective fields to complete the setup.
- Name:- This will be the subject line and name of the report
- Event:- Select the event from the drop-down menu by clicking on it.
- Frequency:- Can be chosen from Daily to Monthly, Does not repeat schedule the report only once.
- Recipients:- To add multiple email addresses, please separate them using commas or line breaks (Enter).
Note:- If add-ons are linked to the event, the Add-on Count Report will automatically be delivered alongside the Ticket Count Report. Both reports will share the same sections.
Note:- Please ensure you click "Save" to complete the setup.
2) Customer List Report:-
This report will consist of Customer details such as First Name, Last Name, Email address, etc.
i) Hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name at the top left and select "Customer List" from the list.
ii) Next, Click "Schedule."
iii) On the following page, select the frequency and dates, and enter the email addresses to receive auto-report.
Notes:-
- To add multiple email addresses, please separate them using commas or line breaks (Enter).
- The "View Scheduled Reports" option at the bottom right allows you to view, edit, and delete previously scheduled reports.
3) QuickStats Report:-
Fetched from Quickstats, this report displays sales and revenue generated for Today, Yesterday, and To Date across paid sales, outstanding balances (Pay Later), comps, totals (tickets issued & revenue), and unissued tickets.
i) Hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name at the top left and select "Quickstats" from the list.
ii) Upon accessing the Quickstats report, click "Schedule" and on the following page, select the frequency and dates, and enter the email addresses to receive auto-report.
Notes:-
- To add multiple email addresses, please separate them using commas or line breaks (Enter).
- If add-ons are linked to the event, the Add-on Report will automatically be delivered alongside the Quickstats Report. Both reports will share the same sections.
4) Attendee List Report:-
An event-specific report detailing attendee details such as transaction number purchased ticket types, and contact details.
i) Select the event from the box-office calendar and click on "Attendee List."
ii) Upon accessing the Attendee List report, click "Schedule" and on the following page, select the frequency and dates, and enter the email addresses to receive auto-report.

5) Add-On Purchaser Report:
Again an event-specific report detailing Add-on purchase details such as transaction number, Add-on types, contact details, etc.
i) Select the event from the box office, hover the mouse cursor on "Add on Action" and click "Add on Purchaser Report."
ii) Upon accessing the report, click "Schedule" and on the following page, select the frequency and dates, and enter the email addresses to receive auto-report.
