Autopay ensures no tracking due date, no entering card details every month, and yet, clear your dues on time, every time!
Keep reading to learn how to enable Autopay for your Yapsody account.
Before you start:-
- You can enable Autopay on your Credit Cards and Bank Accounts (Only for US Bank Accounts).
- Your card/bank account will be charged 24 hours after the Invoice is generated, allowing an ample amount of time for any manual adjustments.
- Bank accounts, may take up to 04 business days to complete the payment, in the meantime, your invoice will show pending.
- Upon payment failing we wouldn't retry to collect funds, in such cases, invoices need to be settled manually.
- Autopay also offers the flexibility of adding multiple cards and Bank Accounts (Only for US Bank Accounts) and setting one of them primary to pay the invoices.
Now that we are sure how AutoPay would work let's begin to set it up:-
1) Hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name at the top left and click "Settings" from the drop-down options.
2) Next, click on "Payment Methods" followed by "Add Payment Method."
3) On the following page, select Card or Bank Account (Only for US Bank Accounts), enter the details accurately, and after completion click on "Save Card" or "Set Up Bank account."
Note:- Upon successful card verification, you'll be displayed a success message.
4) Next, you'll see the Card and Bank details added, which can be used to pay the Yapsody Invoices, just below them, you'll find an option to "Enable AutoPay" turning ON the switch next to it will enable the autopay feature.
5) To store additional cards and Bank Accounts (Only for US Bank Accounts) you could click on " + Add Payment Mode."
To make a new card Primary click "Use as Primary Payment," if you don't want to use a card, click on the "Bin (Delete Icon)."
