Autopay ensures your dues are cleared on time, every time, without the need to track due dates or manually enter card details each month.
Follow the steps below to enable Autopay for your Yapsody account.
Important Information
Eligible Methods: You can enable Autopay using Credit Cards, PayPal, or Bank Accounts (Bank Accounts are available for US accounts only).
Processing Time: Your selected payment method will be charged 24 hours after an invoice is generated. This window allows time for any necessary manual adjustments.
Bank Transfers: Payments via bank account may take up to 4 business days to process. During this time, your invoice status will appear as "Pending."
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the system will not automatically retry the collection. In these instances, the invoice must be settled manually.
Multiple Methods: You can store multiple cards or bank accounts and designate one as your "Primary" payment method.
Instructions to Set Up Autopay
For Cards/Banks: Enter your information accurately. Click Save Card for credit cards or Set Up Bank Account for US bank accounts. A success message will appear once the card is verified.
- For PayPal: You will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account. Review the linked card or bank details and click Save and Continue.
Managing Payment Methods
Add More Methods: To store additional payment options, click + Add Payment Mode.
Set Primary Method: To designate a specific card or account for automatic payments, click Use as Primary Payment.
Remove a Method: To delete a payment method you no longer wish to use, click the Bin (Delete) icon.
