How to set up Listing & Calendar Widget?

The Listing & Calendar Widget will help you bridge the gap between your website and Yapsody Online Store to market your events on the website pages in a list and calendar view. These widgets will dynamically display all your events that are published at your Yapsody online store. Through this widget, the ticket buyers will be redirected to your Yapsody online store to complete their purchase.

• To set up the Listing and Calendar widget, hover the mouse cursor on the Organization Name at the top left and click on Settings from the drop-down list. Then click "Widgets" from the list of options displayed to your left.

• To set up the Listing widget, Click on "Listing."
• Enter the Widget title. For example - 'Upcoming events' or 'Featured Events'.
• Select the Layout type - "List" or "Grid" view
• Set the color customization.
• Next, select whether the ticket buyer should get directed to the "Ticket Selection Page" of your online store wherein the customer would be prompted to directly select the ticket types. 
• OR to the "Event Description Page" wherein you have posted important information about the events, such as Event Description, Do's and Don'ts, Terms, etc, by default, they would be direct to the  "Ticket Selection" page.

Note:- To remove "Powered by Yapsody" uncheck the box after the option "Enable 'Powered by Yapsody' Branding." 

• You can see the changes reflected in the 'Preview Mode' to the right.
• Click on 'Save' and copy the HTML code that can be used to integrate the Listing widget on your website.  (Note: You will have to add the code to your website only once, thereafter any changes/customizations will get updated in real-time, Just click on 'Save' and refresh the webpage on which the widget is added)

• To set up the Calendar widget, Click on Calendar.
• Enter the Widget title. For example - 'Upcoming events' or 'Featured Events'.
• Set the color customization.
• Next, select whether the ticket buyer should get directed to the "Ticket Selection Page" of your online store wherein the customer would be prompted to directly select the ticket types. 
• OR to the "Event Description Page" wherein you have posted important information about the events, such as Event Description, Do's and Don'ts, Terms, etc, by default, they would be directed to the  "Ticket Selection" page.
• To Generate the code, click on "Generate Code"

Note: Events with a single performance will display the 'Get Tickets' button and the events with multiple performances will display the 'View More' button. Once the ticket buyer clicks on the 'View More' button, they will see a pop-up with the date and time for the multiple performances listed.
