How to access Add-on Scan Count Report?

Since each add-on purchase comes with a Unique scannable E-ticket, that can be presented for scanning during the event. 

An Add-on Scan report would help you to get a quick overview of how many tickets were scanned along with the bifurcation of ticket type and the payment method used while booking tickets. 

i) Select the event from the box office and you'll be displayed the list of options to the right, click "Reports."

ii) On the following page, click "Add-on Scan Count Report" available at the top right. 

iii) Next, from the "Show Dates" filter select the performance date and time (for a specific performance report) and click "Generate report."

The report would display the add-on name, along with the number of Quantity Issued vs Quantity Scanned. 

Reports can be downloaded in CSV and PDF format by clicking on the respective buttons.
