Reserved Seating: How to use the Best Seats feature to book tickets from Boxoffice?

To use this feature, please ensure you have set up a Focal point for your seating chart, if you are unsure how you go about it, please click here. 

Before you start:- 

This feature is only available for Reserved Seating events. 

i) Login to your account, select the event from the box office calendar, and click on "Tickets."

ii) Next, click "Pick For Me" and select the number of seats from the Quantity Drop Down and the best seats from the available ones will be added to the cart. 

Note:- Manually selected seats will be removed from the cart as soon as you click on "Pick For Me."

iii) In case, you don't want the auto-added best seats, please click on "Choose Your Seats" at the top and manually select seats from the available ones. 

Note:- As soon as you click on "Choose Your Seats" Auto-selected best seats will be removed from your cart. 

iv) To allow the best seat Algorithm to auto-select the best seats from the Held seats, please:-

• check the box before "" at the top right below the event date and name
• Select the Hold Category from the drop-down available at the top left 
• Select the number of seats from the quantity drop-down.
