This article guides you through designing a seating chart by starting with the stage as the focal point. It explains how to add and customize a stage shape (Rectangle, Ellipse, Polygon), adjust dimensions, add color, and label the stage or other elements. In case, you've already completed the stage design, you can initiate the section creation process by clicking here (Reserve Seating Section , General Admission Section ).
i) Click on "Seating" from the list of options displayed at the top, followed by "Seating Chart."
Note:- In case, you have exited the setup before designing sections, click here to get to the options displayed in the following image.
ii) Next, you'll find a list of choices on your left, accompanied by a blank canvas for configuring your seating chart. To add a Stage, simply click on "O" and choose from various stage designs (Rectangle, Ellipse, and Polygon) as per your preference.
iii) Begin by using your mouse cursor to create the desired stage shape and once it is successfully formed, access the mouse pointer icon, positioned as the initial choice on the left side, to prevent any accidental over-drawing.
iv) Next, click on the stage, and you'll discover an array of options on the right-hand side, begin with Shaping up the stage using various custom options such as Width, Length, resolution, etc.
Additionally, don't forget to add color (If needed) to the stage using the "Fill Color" option.
v) Labelling "Stage" to the design can be chosen from the "Label" drop-down or it can be entered manually under the "Caption" field, you can also choose various other labels such as Entrance, Stairs, etc. as per your need for other designs.
Furthermore, the Stage label font can be increased or decreased using the "Font Size" option, additionally, you can determine the section name's orientation, as well as its X and Y positioning.
Note:- To safeguard your progress, kindly select 'Save & Proceed' located in the top right corner. Neglecting this step may lead to data loss.
