How to Configure Seat Categories?

Seat Categories is used to organize and categorize ticket types. Each seat, row, or section can be priced differently by creating different categories.

Step-by-Step Guide

Before you start:- 

• You can create different seat categories using various color choices. 
• Categories once created cannot be deleted or Edited however you can choose not to use them at the time of setting up seating arrangements. 

i) Click on "Seating" from the list of options displayed at the top, by default "Manage Seat Category" will be selected, click on "Add Category."

Note:- In case, you have exited the setup, click here to get to the options displayed in the following image.

ii) Now enter the Category Name such as VIP, Gold, etc, and click on the Shade option right below Category Color, using your mouse cursor select the color as per your preference, followed by "Done."
