This article explains how to find and book accessibility seats in the online ticket store.
Accessibility seats are reserved for guests with disabilities and their companions. If an event does not offer designated accessibility seating, the accessibility option will not appear during booking.
Step 1: Select Your Event
Find your event in the ticket store and click More Info.
Step 2: Get Tickets
Review the event details provided by the presenter, then click Get Tickets.
Step 3: View the Seating Chart
When the seating chart loads, click the section where you would like to sit.
Step 4: Enable Accessibility View
Locate the Accessibility (wheelchair) option and turn it on.
This will highlight only the available accessibility seats in that section.
Note:
If the accessibility option is not enabled, the map will show all available seats, including standard seating.
Step 5: Select Your Seat
Click the accessibility seat you want to book.
A message will appear explaining who these seats are reserved for.
Click Confirm to continue
Click Go Back if you selected the seat by mistake
Step 6: Save to Cart
Your selected seats will appear on the right side of the screen.
Review the details and click Save to Cart.
Step 7: Complete Checkout
On the checkout page, enter your contact details and payment information and complete the purchase.
Important Notes
If no accessibility seats are configured for the event, the accessibility option will not be available during booking.
On mobile, after selecting and confirming a seat, you will see a Review button before continuing to Save to Cart and checkout. The rest of the flow is the same.
