You can resell your tickets if the event presenter has enabled the Ticket Resale feature.

Before You Start
- Ticket Resale must be enabled by the event presenter
- The event must be sold out
- Your ticket must be eligible for resale
Note:
If you don’t receive the resale email, it means:
- The event is not sold out, or
- The event presenter has not enabled resale
Step-by-Step: Resell Your Tickets
Step 1: Open the Resale Email
You will receive an email titled:
“Event Name – Ticket Resale is Now Available”
- Open the email
- Click “Resell Your Ticket”
Step 2: Confirm Your Request
- A new tab will open with a message
- Check your inbox again
- Open the email: “Confirm Your Ticket Resale Request”
- Click “Confirm Resale”
Step 3: Select Your Ticket
- You will be taken to the Ticket Resale page
- Select the ticket(s) you want to resell
- Click “Resell”
- Confirm again to complete the process
Step 4: Track or Cancel Resale
- Your ticket status will show: “Listed for Resale”
- To cancel, select the ticket and click “Withdraw”
What Happens Next?
âś… If Your Ticket is Resold
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Your refund will be processed automatically
⏳ If Your Ticket is Not Resold
- The ticket will be returned to you after the cutoff time
- It will still be valid for entry
- You will receive a confirmation email
