How to Reduce, Remove or Unhold seats for Reserved Seating Events?

Unholding your event seats is as Easy as Pie! Few clicks and your event seats will be available for customers to purchase, let's begin to unhold them. 

1) Select the event from the Box Office Calendar for which you wish to unhold seats and click the option "EDIT" available at the top right just above your event name (How to Edit an Event). 

2) Upon clicking "Edit" you will be directed to the Event Wizard page, wherein you can find options such as Event Info, Pricing, Hold Management, etc select the option Hold Management.

3) Under Hold Management, you will find a number of Hold Categories such as A, etc and Sections, simply click on the sections to find out the held seats in them. 

The seats which are greyed out and unclickable are the sold seats however the seats which are highlighted in Color Yellow and have a Lock Icon are the Held ones.

In order to Unhold/Remove/Reduce the number as per your preference, you simply need to click on seat one by one and once you are done with unholding them click on "Save & Proceed" to make sure the changes are saved (When the seats are unheld the Lock Icon will not show which indicates the seats are available for purchase now).
