Security Header not Valid

You might encounter the error message 'Security Header not Valid' when you perform a test or live transaction from your Yapsody online store or box office interface if you have entered your credentials with the Payment Gateway incorrectly & the Payment Gateway is unable to authenticate your credentials.

The resolution is to verify your credentials on your Payment Gateway Account and to re-enter the information. Make sure you remove the spaces before and after if you are trying to copy the information and paste it. We recommend that you first paste the information into a text editing program such as Notepad etc to ensure that there are no extra spaces.
