Transferring Tickets to a different date or time of the same event or to a different event would require the event presenter's intervention.
Yapsody doesn't have control over switching tickets, refunds, and cancellations of tickets on behalf of event presenters, hence they need to be contacted if you have such requests.
Note:- Please be informed few of our presenters haven't switched to the latest version of Yapsody, hence for their Ticket Stores you will find an option of "Contact Presenter" at the bottom of the page.
i) Click on the 'Contact Presenter' button at the top of the presenter's online store through which you purchased tickets.
ii) Select the Event from the drop-down list, enter your details such as Full Name, Email, and your message and click "Send Message.'
