We offer our ticketing platform to third-party event presenters across the Globe to sell tickets and manage their events online. Setting a refund policy and issuing refunds is been solely controlled by the event presenter.
Yapsody doesn't handle funds and all payments are processed through the presenter's payment processor. Yapsody is not the merchant of record and has no control over the acceptance, rejection, or refund of a charge. Our Terms of Service can be viewed by clicking here.
To request a refund or to understand refund policies we encourage contacting the Event Presenter by following the below steps:-
Before you begin:- Please be informed few of our presenters haven't switched to the latest version of Yapsody, hence for their Ticket Stores you will find an option of "Contact Presenter" at the bottom of the page.
i) Click on the 'Contact Presenter' button at the top of the presenter's online store through which you purchased tickets.
ii) Select the Event from the drop-down list, enter your details such as Full Name, Email, and your message and click "Send Message.'
Note:- It's always advisable to enter your details such as Full Name and Email Address that was used to purchase tickets, moreover adding a transaction number that starts with FT... while sending a message would help the presenter to retrieve your transaction details quickly.
