If it’s not, you can contact the Presenter and get answers to your queries such as Refund / Switch Tickets request, Seating Arrangements, Venue related and etc
If you are unable to find "Presenter FAQ" at the top it simply means the presenter hasn't set it up.
Before you start:- Please be informed few of our presenters haven't switched to the latest version of Yapsody, hence for their Ticket Stores you will find an option of "Contact Presenter" at the bottom of the page.
i) Click on the 'Contact Presenter' button at the top of the presenter's online store.
ii) Select the Event from the drop-down list, enter your details such as Full Name, Email, and your message and click "Send Message.'
