An email with the tickets attached is sent to the email address only if the delivery method is selected as either ‘Email’ during the booking process, no tickets will be emailed if the delivery method is selected as ‘Will Call’ or 'Print".
Example If your Event presenter has kept Email as the Delivery Method for Online Stores. So, for instance, if you purchase the ticket from Online Store then you will get Email as the Delivery Method. If you select Email you will be asked to enter an email address and in that email address, tickets will be delivered. Also, ensure that you enter the correct email address otherwise it will not get delivered.Also, check the spam box. If still, you did not receive the tickets via email then please contact our tech support they will provide you the required assistance.
