An email with the tickets attachment is sent to the email address only if the Ticket Delivery Method is selected as "Email" while booking tickets, you wouldn't find tickets delivered to your email address upon selecting the ticket delivery method as ‘Will Call’ or 'Print".
For Example:- If your Event presenter has kept "Email" as the Delivery Method for Online Stores, you need to select "Email" as the Delivery Method among others.
Upon selecting "Email" you will be asked to enter the email address to receive tickets. Please, ensure that you enter the correct email address to get your E-tickets as soon as the transaction is successful.
In case, you are unable to find the tickets been delivered, we encourage you to check your email account's Spam as well as Trash Folders.
