I want to collect my attendee’s information, how do I do it? Legacy Online Store

Kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to collect the attendee information on both your Box Office and your Online Ticket Store. Log in to your Yapsody account.

1)  On the Top left of your screen, there is a drop down with the Account name, click on the drop-down and go to the “Settings”.

2) Select the 'Questionnaires' settings tab. You will find the 'Purchaser Questionnaire' at the top and after scrolling the page down, you can see the 'Attendee Questionnaire.' Go to the 'Attendee Questionnaire', here you can select the information you require as optional or mandatory.

Note: If you only enable 'Purchaser Questionnaire' then you will get only the information of the purchaser. For Example: If a ticket purchaser purchases 4 tickets and you have only enabled Purchaser Questionnaire then you will get only 1 persons information. If you need the information of all the people attending the event then you need to enable 'Attendee Questionnaire'.
