While booking tickets you may mistakenly add an incorrect number of tickets to the cart OR realized entering an inaccurate information of yours and would like to restart. You can do so by Emptying your cart. Please keep reading to learn how to Empty the Cart.
1) Click on the "Cart" icon visible at the top right of the online store's home page.
Note: The cart can also be accessed from the Ticket selection, Event Description, Checkout page, etc.
2) Click on "Empty Cart" available at the top of the cart to remove all the tickets from the cart.
Note:- For the presenter who hasn't switched to the latest version of Ticket Store, you'll see options of View Cart and Empty Cart upon clicking on the "Cart" icon.
TIP:- Continue Shopping options help to add more tickets to your previous selection or purchase tickets from different performances or events in a single transaction.
