Revamped Reserved Seating- How to issue tickets using Box Office Interface ?

This article explains how to book seats from your box office interface in no time!  

Step 1: Login and Event Selection

Begin by logging in to your Yapsody Account and navigate to the event on the box office calendar. Click on the event, then select "Tickets."

Step 2: Selecting Sections

Next, you'll be displayed the event's seating chart and available sections. Choose the desired section and proceed to Select seats. 

Step 3: Select Seats, Rows, or Sections

Now, you'll be displayed all the seats in the sections, if you are booking a single seat or a couple continue clicking on the seats.

For booking an Entire Row or Section in a rectangular or circular shape, select the option "Rectangular" OR "Lasso" respectively from the list of options displayed at the top left corner, accordingly draw it on the Row/section by dragging the mouse cursor to select seats and you'll find them added to the cart, click on "Checkout" available at the bottom of the page to move to the checkout page. 

Step 4: Providing Personal Details and Making Payment 

Complete the transaction by filling in the required personal details of the ticket buyer, Consider optimizing the process by making the email address field optional for Box Office purchases. Subsequently, select the preferred ticket delivery (Email, Print, etc) and payment method from the dropdown menu and proceed to make the payment.

For additional tickets for the same event, click "Book More." To add tickets for different events, select "Continue Shopping." To abandon ongoing purchases, click "Empty the Cart."

Step 5: Completing the Payment

Upon successful payment processing, you'll receive a transaction number confirming the booking. This serves as a receipt and acknowledgment of the completed transaction.

Tickets and Receipts can be printed by clicking on "Print Tickets" and "Print Receipt."

Note: It's important to note that standard and custom payment methods can be utilized for booking tickets through the Box Office Interface.

Tickets booked using the ticket delivery method as email will deliver tickets to the customer's email address.
