How to Add and manage your Sender ID?

Upon successful domain record verification, it's time to add and manage Sender ID's. In case, you haven't verified the domain records yet please click here . 

Before you start:-

• This article is divided into 02 parts the first explains how to add sender IDs and the other explains how to select a sender ID while sending campaigns.
• Unsuccessful domain verification wouldn't allow to add sender IDs and the button "Add Sender ID" would be unclickable.
• You can add up to five different email addresses in total as sender IDs for the same domain. 
• Upon adding multiple sender IDs you get an option to select from which email address the campaign needs to be sent and the same will be displayed to the customer. 
• If you don't have your domain i.e. own website or haven't registered to any domain, in that case, we are offering an option to use Yapsody's campaign sender ID.  

A) How to add Sender IDs?  

i) Login to your Campaign Account and click on the "App Launcher Icon" (The grid of the nine small boxes that are found at the top right corner) followed by "Admin." 

2) Next, click on "Organization Settings" from the list of options displayed to your left followed by "View and Manage Domain Records" available under Domain Manager. 

3) Now click on "Add Sender ID" available under the Sender Settings option. 

Note:- Add Sender ID will be enabled/clickable only after successful domain verification, if you haven't verified your domain records yet please click here.

4) Populate the fields with the sender email address as well as From Name (From Name would be displayed to the campaign recipient in the form field) and click "Sender ID."

Note:- A verification email containing a clickable link to verify the email address will be sent to the added email address, please ensure you are clicking on it to complete the setup. 

Upon successful setup, you will find the status of the Sender ID as "verified."

B) How to Select Sender IDs at the time of sending Campaigns?

1) Log in to your Account and Click "Campaigns" from the list of options available to your left followed by "Create Campaign."  

Note:- If you've already sent the campaigns, you'll find a list of them with the option to "Create Campaign" located at the very top right corner of the list.

2) On the following page, Select the Sender ID from the drop-down available under the "Name of Sender."

Note:- If you don't have your domain i.e. own website or haven't registered to any domain, in that case, by default you would find Yapsody Campaigns Sender ID.
