Verifying your email sender domain is essential for maintaining the deliverability of your campaigns and enhances professionalism and trust. It also acts as your digital identity for building brand recognition.
Furthermore, it prevents unauthorized usage of your domain and keeps your emails from being flagged as spam.
Before you start:-
Although this article contains steps to verify domain records for some of the popular domain providers such as Google Domains, Bluehost, Hostinger, Namecheap, and Godaddy however the authentication process for domain records generated by our system when adding a domain name may vary from provider to provider. Therefore, it's recommended to reach out to your domain provider to understand their specific verification procedures.
Let's begin to generate domain records to validate with your domain provider.
1) Login to your Campaign Account and click on the "App Launcher Icon" (The grid of the nine small boxes that are found at the top right corner) followed by "Admin."
2) Next, click on "Organization Settings" from the list of options displayed to your left followed by "View and Manage Domain Records" available under Domain Manager.
3) Now click on "Add Domain."
4) Enter the address of your domain and click on "Add Domain."
Note: Please ensure you would be only entering your domain address such as www.google.com OR Google.com, avoid entering https://, etc before them.
5) Upon adding the domain name you will find the list of domain records generated by our system (as shown in the following screenshot) that need to be verified by your domain provider, to learn how to verify domain records on Godaddy, please click here.
Note:- Maximum 05 and Minimum 04 Domain records would be generated, you would need to enter CNAME, as well as the values generated in the fields "Name and Value" on your domain provider logs to verify each record.
It may take 05 mins to 48 hours for your domain provider to verify Domain records and upon success, please check the box against "I confirm the required DNS records have been added" and click "Verify Records."
Upon completing the domain verification, the "Add Domain" button would be replaced with Domain Name, Success Status, and Date and Time of Authentication.
A) Google Domains:-
- Sign in to Google Domains.
- Select the domain that you want to change.
- At the top left, click Menu DNS.

Under “Resource records,” click Custom records Manage records.
- If you don’t have any resource records yet, click Custom records.

For each record set, edit the “Type,” “TTL,” or “Data” fields directly.
- For examples of how to format entries, check resource record types.
- To include multiple records with the same Host name, Type, TTL, and Data values at the same time, also known as a resource record set, click Create new record.
- To remove one data field from a record set, click Remove .

You can add or delete more record sets.
- To add another record, click Create new record Save.
- To delete an entire record set, click Delete .
- Click Save.
- Confirm that the altered resource record is now visible.

B) Bluehost:-
1) Log in to your Bluehost account and click "Domains."
2) Next, click on "Advanced Tools."
3) Now, click on "Manage" and enter the information prompted.

3) Hostinger:-
1) Click on the 03 dots followed by "Manage."
2) Next, click on "DNS/Nameservers."
3) Now click on "DNS Records."
4) Copy the records generated from Yapsody Campaigns to the respective fields (as instructed by the domain provider) and click "Add Records."

D) NameCheap:-
1) Login to your account and click on "Domain List" followed by "Manage."
2) Next, click on "Advanced DNS" followed by "Add New Record."
