Over time, we have developed a mechanism that prevents users from accessing the application while the VPN connection is ON OR third-party applications/extensions/software that helps to switch IPs. This measure has been introduced to fortify the security of our system and mitigate the risk of potential misuse by unauthorized parties attempting to send spam emails through our platform.
In order to gain access, we recommend double-checking the software/applications/extensions on your desktop/laptop as well as turning off VPNs.
If the issue persists, attempt clearing the browser's cache and cookies, updating the browser to its latest version, or using an alternative browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and others.
